I always stayed away from pop because it'd cause me to cramp up while playin football, basketball, or baseball...and the habit just kind of stuck. But is there any real negative to drinking it in moderation; in terms of putting on mass? I know its a so called "empty calorie" and whatever. So is it a bad idea for me to drink it? I'm not trying to slim up by any means, and i'm not worried about putting on any kind of weight- right now i can use all i can get but i just don't know if there would be a problem w/it in moderation
