ventrogluteal best spot for injecting

I have to say the ventrogluteal spot is the best place to inject, i read up about it an ventrogluteal site is relatively free of major nerves and blood vessels. It would have to be the hardest spot to fine but it is above your buttocks area just below your hip bone its like a muslce that curves around. I tried for myslef yesterday n was like is it in yet couldnt feel shit, the only thing i feel today is abit of pain from the juice.

Yup, it's the ONLY site that I have EVER done, and ever will. I feel zero pain when the needle goes in.

It's simple. Just locate your greater trochander and your hip. Your target spot is between your hip and the trochander. It's basically the side of your ass.

The only spot I ever used as well. The way I located the spot was by putting my thumb on my hip bone, then stretching my middle finger towards my middle lower back. At the half way point between my thumb and middle finger, drop down about 2 inches and you are there.
