Tendonitis and Bad Joints - Need some advice

Ok so all of the sudden my shoulders and wrists hurt, but shoulders way more. I went to the med clinic and the doc said Rotator Cuff Tendinitis and bad joints.
Now he recommended physical therapy but i declined. Ive done the physical therapy thing in the past and it was a complete waste of time.

Word of mouth is that glucosamine is a miracle in a pill and is great for people with injuries of the joints and tendons. I had tendinitis of the forearms when i was younger and ran a small cycle of deca which cured it but its starting to come back as well. So what do you guys think? Anyone have any xp with glucosamine?

Glucosamine and Chondroitin is what you have to take, takes a long time to work and I never thought it was that great.

I've had lot's of issues as of late, physical therapy might do it, stretching more is absolutely needed. Might try a Chiropractor that specializes in Tendonitis....it is working wonders for me.

Osteoflex (Glucosamine + Chondroitin) - Glucosamine helps rebuild cartilage. Chondrotin helps intake of fluids and nutrients into the cartilage. Turmeric possesses natural anti-inflammatory properties. Vitamin C helps maintenance and formation of strong collagen and connective tissue. Manganese is necessary for normal skeletal development.

I use this stuff for the last 10 years, no problems. Can make you a little constipated though.

    Also try this stuff, Atrotone.
This is a new improved formulated tablet using specialised ingredients that help to maintain the health of joints, cartilage and bones.

Atrotone contains Green Lipped Mussel, Glucosamine, MSM, Turmeric and Collagen Type II. These all work synergistically to maintain joint mobility, suppleness and elasticity of tendons, ligaments and connective tissue.

This product is ideal for active people, athletes who tend to use their joints more and senior citizens.

all great answers. I had the same problems, my chiro said it was pretty much all down to inflexibility and overuse. So i took ten weeks out of the gym, stretched every day, started using glucosamine and chondroitin and things seem much better. I then started a cycle which included 200mg deca weekly, I have now finished, having my last shot of deca 2 days ago. I am curious as to how my shoulders will feel in 4 weeks time. I had tendonitis in my pec major

I have to agree with Doc., I'm gonna try HGH and Deca real soon.
Maybe I didn't give the G&C enough time.

after two weeks is when I started to notice the effects. It's been months since I've taken any. No problems right now. Are you taking time off?

i have nasty knee pain from time to time. Go get yourself some sports massage therapy, intense, once or twice a week for a month or so, and stretch regularly. Helped mine out tremendously. And if that is not the route of your problem, then it still wont do any harm lol
