It only took me about 20 attempts to have an account that actually works and will allow me to post. I've been lurking on here for about 2 years and just viewing and reading.
My background information that I've been working out hard for about 4 years, but this was from 2000-2004. My stats then were 6'1", 218lbs at 6%bf. i took a couple months off and went backpacking around Germany, beer was 1/4 the price of water and gyms were too damned expensive for a student budget. I lost tons of muscle, moved to Florida and continued the party lifestyle of clubs, drinking, eating, and enjoyed life. I've been back into the gym off and on for about a year and the past 4 months consistent. Got my training into a good regime and diet is very good now that i moved to Michigan.
I'm starting a 6-week cutting program next week and thought i'd post up some before pics for reference and the supplements i'll be taking.

I've never taken any form of AAS, and the only supplements i take are multivitamins, PWO shakes, and the occasional protein bar.
The first is a picture from April down in Florida. the last ones are from 7/10/2007. I know, I'm pasty white.
current stats: 24, 6'1" 210lbs, 15.3% bf. I have thin skin and some extra from my childhood fat-ass stage, you can see more definition in person...
