    m-drol and PCT

    Hello, i'm 21 years old, new on here and have been training for a few years now.
    Im getting about 300protein 400carbs and 100fats everyday.

    I have never ran any type of cycle before.

    I am planning on doing an m-drol cycle for 3 weeks.
    I've done some research on this site to help put things together.
    I am thinking of using anabolic innovations cycle support during the cycle and during PCT.

    How should I run the m-drol?
    try a 10/20/30
    or maybe 20/20/30

    and when should I take it?

    My PCT is being followed by k.biz
    clomid-105/105/70/70
    aromasin-25/25/25/25 (maybe go anohther week or 2 just in case for gyno rebound?)
    myogenx-6 caps ED should I take 2 in morning, 2 afternoon, 2 at night?

    now for PCT, on week 1 do I take 105 of clomid everyday? or just 105 once a week?

    the same for the aromasin is that every day all those weeks?

    Im asking because the myogenx is described for taking everyday(ED)

    i would run for 4 weeks instead of 3. 20/20/30/30
    as for PCT, everything, everyday
    Im not sure what that cycle support supp all has in it, but make sure u have protection of:
    liver (milk thistle, NAC)
    blood pressure(hawthorn berry, garlic, CoQ10)
    cholesterol (FF Naicin, red yeast rice)
    prostate (saw palmetto)

    good luck, and yr gonna love it.
    just eat yr ass off, healthly lol, and ull gain a good 20lbs.
    also, with pct, i suggest running creatine also, help with keeping gains

    Red Yeast Rice 1200 mg
    Silymarin (milk thistle extract) 1000 mg
    NAC 1200 mg
    Hawthorn Berry 1000 mg
    Saw Palmetto 300 mg
    Policosonol 20 mg
    Celery Seed Extract 150 mg
    Nettle Root 250 mg
    Idebenone 100 mg

    When do you usually take the m-drol?
    I lift at about 6 at night...so one around morning and another before I lift?

    and also I just changed my lifting schedual from an everyday mon-friday to a day on day rest kind of thing...should i stay with the day on day off while on this? or lift everyday with sat-sunday off?

    and that should be all with the questions I hope

    The gains are really that much?

    I suppose a 140lb lightweight like me should probably stay away from that though right?

    I think about trying it to see what the gains all around are like and what the experience is like...but then I think no dummy..gain some weight first....although i have never been able to get my weight past 140 yet...now im thinking again...way to go

    the gains are really dependent on your diet, but yes with a nice bulking diet, and a good workout rountine, 20lbs is def not out of the question. but also remember ev1 reacts to each compound differently, but im sure a solid 10lbs is a guarentee for most.

    at 140, lol, im pretty sure ev1 will tell u just to eat, which is true. so u have a better foundation to build from. as for that, eat, eat, eat...strict bulker, with creatine and u will b surprised

    1 morning
    1 before u lift.

    if i remember right, kbiz said something like, yr body is most anabolic at night, so it is not needed before bedtime. so 2 caps a day=1morning, 1 5pm..but for u, before workout at 6 is fine

    if taking 3 a day, 1 morning, 2 before workout at 6

    you can look in the workout section for that. within the stickies at the top, there are many different workout rountines.

    the most common is the mon/wen/thur/fri spilt.
    mon-chest/tris
    wens-back/bis
    thus-shoulders/traps
    fri-legs

    alll other days either off, light cardio, abs

    it is not good to workout everyday..your CNS (central nervous system) needs time to recover.

    just read read read...its the best thing u can do here. the stickies at the top of sections r really good. after reading, then ask yr questions...then u will b set.

    Yeah I was mostly being my sarcastic self
    As of a couple months ago i was 124lbs...so since then ive been bulking and reached 140lbs for the first time in my life... and almost 14'' arms compared to my old 11 1/2 inchers So yeah i got it going on so far.. just have to keep chuggin.

    man, diet seems like the hardest thing todo and keep up with..for me at least. but it really pays off if done right.

    how tall and bf% btw?

    Im like 5' 9'' - 5' 10'' and 3%bf.
    Its really nice now to look in the mirror and see pecs and not ribs...
    I cant eat alot..and with college and work it makes things hard..but i've been managing.. a good protein shake at 3:00 during physics seems to be doing the trick

    Ok, So im planning on the day after my cycle ends, that the next morning(so if I take my last pills saturday, Ill start PCT sunday morning)
    I'll start my PCT and take my clomid, aromasin, and myogenix in the morning and continue taking it in the morning everyday for rest of pct..is that a good time to take it??

    clomid and aromasin just take all at the same time.
    as for the myogenx, i like to split 3 in morning, 3 at night.

    nolva has been known to actually cause gyno from sd users.

    i dunno after resarch i think its a load of bull

    the reason for not using nolva during post cycle for SD was ppl claimed SD was a progestin...nolva upregulates progesterone receptors..combine the 2 and u have a pretty good chance of getting proggesterone related gyno

    ya thatd b all fine n dandy but SD (and its clones) is NOT a progestin!!! its a cross between drostanolone (aka masteron a DHT) and mestanolone (another DHT)

    but then again there was all the anecdotal evidence from a flurry of members who supposedly got gyno from using nolva during post cycle of a SD cycle.

    if by weaker formulation u mean same stuff but different concentration yer not right

    they're both SERMs (selective estrogen receptor modulators) YES

    nolva is "stronger" mg for mg at blocking estrogen recpotrs YES

    BUT

    clomid is supposedly better at kickstarting your hpta!

    they both block estrogen from binding to estrogen receptors YES (and if i remember correctly each one may block different receptors)

    cant remember ne thing else
