While on clen, should my diet be ajusted in an effort to lose weight? I used welbutren to lean down in the past, but lost tons of lean mass, as the advantage of that drug is apetite supression. Thanks in advance forr the info.

proper cutting diet w/ the right caloric deficite and macros would be most ideal.
i find if i dont do my regular super-low cal cutting routine, none of these ripping drugs do anything for me as far as losing weight is concerned. just give me boatloads of energy. kinda pisses me off, i wish ther was something you can take that would make you lose tons of weight, despite eating reg. Dieting rlly blows, but its the only way.
Once again I am with Tai on this. If you are cutting, cut. If you are bulking, bulk. Makes no difference if you are taking supps. The diet is what will do the most for you anyway, so keep it below maintenance and adjust accordingly.

Yup your calorie consumption will dictate by far the results you will get. Clen can only assist you somewhat., personally Im not that impressed by Clen, find it is over hyped.
Thanks for the feedback. I have a clean diet already. As stated before, I have used other things ie. hydroxicut and welbutren to lean down, but lost muscle mass as these drugs work as strong apetite supressants. No apetite meant no food. The fact that people talk about seeing a slight anabolic affect from clen, made it hard for me to believe that people were drastically cutting their catoric intake. Of course cardio will go up significantly while cutting, but 2400-3000 calories, even clean, seems like a lot to take in while cutting.
i feel fat-burners tend to be way overrated, particularly clen. some info on it acts as if it's gonna make you rip fat off like no tomorrow. don't get me wrong, it definitely helps to an extent, but not nearly as much as many descriptions of it claim. the most important things are diet and cardio.Originally Posted by Titan 3
HORRIBLE IDEA!!! do not listen to that!!! that's what makes you lose more muscle than anything else is cutting those cals too low!!! what you should do is research a thing called "carb cycling diet". basic concept is 3 low-carb days followed by 1 high-carb day. the low carb days make you burn off bodyfat and the high-carb days keep the metabolism from slowing down in adaptation by filling the muscles back up with glycogen. there's much more to it, but that's the basic concept. just search around the web for a while and you'll find all the info you need. however, don't ever think doing a super low-cal diet will do anything but make you lose strength, energy, and overall muscle more than anything else!Originally Posted by MaleModel
there is one drug out there which does rip off ridiculous amounts of fat, but it's far more dangerous than anything i'd ever risk, and that's DNP. however, that stuff can literally cook you from your insides out!!! just saying that's the only thing out there that i know of that will really rip you up ridiculously fast, but i'd never suggest anyone take it EVER unless you're a sado-masochist or suicidal.
other than that, the best i've found is a clen/t3 combo (watch your dosages!!!), hydroxycut hardcore/t3 combo (the hydroxy works just as good as the clen for me personally), or an ECA stack. pick one of those, get your diet in check, work your way up to doing plenty of cardio, and you're well on your way to not being fat.
Great information, thank you! I'm not fat just want to lean out. I have been bulking for the last 10 months and need to start cutting. Currently 14% BF.Originally Posted by ascendant
