    Surfing and Bodybuilding

    Hey!

    Ive been lifting for about 7 years and made some really good progress.. I've recently taken up surfing too which im loving!

    I just wondered how many other people on here surfed and whether surfing would be an advantage or disadvantage to bodybuilding. . . as i`d always put the bodybuilding first!

    Im 6ft, 17stone with about 16%bf

    Dunno bout anyone else but ever since i got over like 220lb its been pretty hard to surf... i'm actually thinkin bout skinny again cuz i miss snowboarding and surfing and shit

    Its harder the heavier you get. Depnds on what you train for. I dont train for size, more for fitness and shape.

    I also surf when ever I go back home and when i first started my back exploded... just make sure you eat a sh*t load to compensate for all the cals you are burning.. because you burn a ton of cals when you are paddling out
