Are whole grain rice cakes a legit source of complex carbs to add to a meal??
I mean the ones I buy are 8 grams a pop, but they just seem like they are nothing when your eating them, Im worried they arent a good option..

i wouldnt. the least processed the better is a rule of thumb, stick with oats, sweet potatos, and as a last option brown rice.
why brown rice as a last option?

I sometimes will add a handfull of Trisuicts to my meal to get some carbs in. I travel alot on weekend, so I put some tuna on them and add a side salad if possible. its all whole grain wheat so can't be that bad for most diets IMO.
