    Sup All?

I am 30 years old and 5'8" and about 220 pounds. I don't know what my BF is but it is high. Looking on trying to slim down to 200 and be solid. Chest and abs are my weakest body part. Legs , back and arms I would have to say are much better. I need to start of a little slow because I have had some injuries that I'm trying to work through. I currently am taking a few OTC supplements at the moment. ***** 3 fish oil, L glutamine, and 2 protein shakes a day with approx. 25 grams per shake. My diet isn't rock solid, I try to eat a lot of veggies and chicken breast, tuna. salad. I try and stay away from to much bread and pasta.

If there is anything you could suggest to help me reach my goals, I'm all eyes.

    Thanks

most people don't want their real face shown here, if you are staying all natural it's no big deal, but if you are considering cycling you may want to change that.

I guess your right. It don't bother me that it's up there. I'll post up something else. As far as improving, ha I'm trying. Not a lot of cardio but enough for me at the time. I just quit smoking about a month ago, now I'm trying to live a healthier life.

Thanks everybody for the support. I think i'm gonna stay natural for a while until i get my diet and training in check then I will re-evaluate my desires of how I want to look, feel, and my strength.
