I eat it all the time if im on the road and need to stop for something quick... but im not on any cutting/bulking or competition diet(s).

I just train hard and eat good. Theres nothing wrong with the Chilli and baked potato IMO. Just dont get the cheese on it.

Imnot too worried about the sodium because I drink tons of water all day.

for cutting up NO...it sounds yummy right now though. If bulking go for it IMO but 55 gms cholesterol and 3.5gm sat fat...the protein content isnt high enough to justify eating that many calories and the protein quality is always comprimised in processed foods like that. Cutting deits dont incude wendys chili. you need to be eating lean protein sources green vegis(slightly cooked or raw) complex carbs in the morning/early afternoon and EFA's all day long. So a basic deit w/o macros would look like this...

    meal 1:
shredded wheat plain no milk and blueberries
    8egg whites 1 whole egg
    scoop of whey isolate
    fish oil supplement/multi vitamin
    meal 2:
    Broccolli (raw or steamed lightly)
    turkey breast
    sweet potato
    meal 3:
nonfat yogurt mixed with plain oatmeal and berries
    whey isolate
    meal 4:
    chicken/turkey breast
    spinach with olive oil
    flax oil
    meal 5:
    talapia or salmon
    broccolli or asparagus or spinach
    meal 6:
    whey isolate
    flax oil
    natural PB
this is not specific b/c I dont know your activity level, your stats, what time you workout or what you are taking but it is a clear cut look at the types of foods and the timing of carbohydrates and fats needed to produce results during a cutting phase.

I eat it here and there but not when I'm on a strict cutting diet. I also don't worry about the sodium because of the amount of water I drink.

sounds okay if you're in a jam and need a meal in you so your schedule is on time....but I wouldn't make a habit of it....I stay away from ANY fast food items while cutting... the macro guidelines are a rough approximation at best, serving sizes are variable.

Macros ratio is crap for myself. Cant speak for others but the fatro ratio is shit. If the protein was doubled I would go for it.

imho if youre cutting up it would be ok to have, just have one for one of your meals.....but........i mean if youre about to go into a competition dont have it because of all the sodium. fast food resturants love to add sodium to their foods, it is a cheap way of making relatively low quality foods 'taste better'

besides the sodium it looks fine...the fat content doesnt look to be excessive. and some complex carbs are good.

Why dont you just make your own chili using clean foods. Do you realize that there is a ton of shit in that stuff that they dont put on the label??? Forget the macros it lists, theyre not that great anyway, its a poor food source, imo.

im sorry beast, but i work 13hrs a day!! im running my dad business that he will retire in dec., so im learning all of it before he leaves

and not only that, i wake up early everyday bc its an 1hr drive from my house

so its like 16hrs of my day is already used up, not to mention 30min of cardio x 2 so that another 1hr

then i go to the gym for about 1:30min, that 18:30hrs right there, so i have like 5hrs of sleep left before i start this process all over again

so trust me, $1 is NOT AT ALL a big deal for me to get a delicous PLAIN, NO SALT, NOTHING ADDED baked potatoe
