    best chest workout?

which is best for a heavy day of TOTALLY demolsiging my chest?

    1) Heavy 3-6 reps ballistic style:
    Barbell Bench Press
    Incline barbell press
    Decline barbell press
    Dumbell Flyes

    2) same as 1
    Barbell Bench press
    Incline barbell press
    Dumbell Press
    Incline Dumbell Press
    Dumbell fly
    Inclien dumbell Fly

    3) Barbell bench press
    - Do weight that allows 20 reps
    - slightly up the weight and do 10 reps
    - increase weight to 5 reps
    - increase to 3 reps
    - increase to weight that allows only 1-2 reps max and do this for 5 sets
    - decrease weight for one set of higher reps
Repeat for Incline presses and dumbell flyes.

no correct answer.. depends on how fast u move the weight, if ur doing negatives, static holds..
personally i see no need for so many redundent movements i.e. flat,incline,decline.. thats like 3 presses all similar stimualtion though incline incorps far more delts..

    i prefer keeping it simple.

To be honest, the absolute best way to demolish your chest would be to take two exercises that work best for your biomechanics-usually one compound movement and one isolation movement and do 5 sets a piece per exercise only once a week. Perform the compound first. Continue with that workout for 4 weeks before un-loading.

    It really is that simple!

I keep it simple and I have a very nice chest aside from a little gyno.

    Incline Hammer Machine Press
    Flat Bells
    Flat Flys

It is simple, to the point, and works.
