    elbo joint/forearm pain

i need help or advice on how to heal my injury although im not sure exactly what ive injured.about 3 months ago while on a tren, test,eq cycle my car broke down and i ended up pushing it about 3/4 of a mile to my house its a honda civic .afterwards my forearm and elbow were killing me the pain went away after a week and i was working out like normal and decided to do some heavy dumbell rows
without a strap so did 135lb dumbell row for 7 reps on the 7th rep of my left hand it felt like i ripped my fingers out of the socket and my forearm and elbow started to hurt again and i couldnt make a fist without bad pain for a month
so my hand is better now but my elbow joint kills me when i do curls and my forearm has nasty burning pain when i do pull ups or similar exercises.my doctor said im getting older and its probably tennis elbow and i shouldnt lift heavy because im not a young guy anymore.so i left there feeling old and confused .im only 37, and the prick didnt even recomend any kind of treatment.any advice is appreciated

Not really much you can do but let it heal, as long as it takes. I'm dealing with a similar thing. Been working out with one arm for 3 months.

I have been plauged with this for 6 months.
Its called Tendonitis or Tennis elbow.
I have lightened up my workouts, tried to stop the activity that initiated it (I use a certain tool at work that I think caused it, repetetive stress) Get a strap or brace to wear around your forearm when you lift. Band-it is a good one, its about 29 bucks on the internet.
Try ice a few times a day for 15min ea along with some motrin to reduce the inflamation.
A light test cyp cycle seems to be helping mine also.
    Good luck.
