    left tricept bigger than the right

    i noticed this problem after my last cycle my left tri is absolutely huge compared to my right i do a lot of tri exercises mostly with the ez curl bar and cables i do 1 arm tricept pull down and press with normal and reverse grip both arms are equally strong on all of these exercises.i only notice strength diffrence when i bench and im on my last rep my right arm is giving out 1st .ive been trying to work the right tri more with heavier weight ,but it just seems to get more defined and not bulky while the left doing more reps with lighter weight is blowing up .im left handed so i assumed 1 arm would be bigger but this is stupid my tris dont even look like the same muscle from arm to arm.can anyone reccomend an exercise that targets specific mucles of the tri the outer head is even the middle and inner heads are lacking

    mine arent that bad but they were bad. im right handed and my left long head has been growing more than my right, but my right outer head is more defined.
    i feel its cause my form is stricter with my left so its more defined. and my right is more sloppy(using to much shoulder) so more bulky.

    i start with rope pushdowns concentrating on the right tri making sure it contracts just as hard as your left.

    then i do seated french press.

    then dips with bodyweight

    in 30 min

    if yours are bad i would start off with single arm db extension or kickback to make sure it gets a good workout when fresh. maybe try to do all db tri exercise till their even.

    i ve seen great growth but i really have to concentrate if i dont my right will get sorer than the left and that equals less growth for me.
