i noticed this problem after my last cycle my left tri is absolutely huge compared to my right i do a lot of tri exercises mostly with the ez curl bar and cables i do 1 arm tricept pull down and press with normal and reverse grip both arms are equally strong on all of these exercises.i only notice strength diffrence when i bench and im on my last rep my right arm is giving out 1st .ive been trying to work the right tri more with heavier weight ,but it just seems to get more defined and not bulky while the left doing more reps with lighter weight is blowing up .im left handed so i assumed 1 arm would be bigger but this is stupid my tris dont even look like the same muscle from arm to arm.can anyone reccomend an exercise that targets specific mucles of the tri the outer head is even the middle and inner heads are lacking
