Nolvadex enough to keep water off?

I struggle with water retention especially bloat in my face when running testosterone. Is a low dose of tamoxfen 10mg a day enough to avoid this? Or should I use the more expensive a-dex?

An AI will work much better, imo.

adex or letro is better for this as it stops the conversion to estrogen fat/ water retention to begin with. Nolva will get rid of it once it is there.

Gotcha. I don't really stuggle with gyno, it's just the moon face I hate! Arimidex is great I hear but it's expensive! I guess it's worth it.

Im using adex now. Its $$$, but Ive found that .5 mil works very well. No loss in sex drive at all, unlike lerto.

Nolva does very little for me for keeping of any water weight. I normally use letro or aromasin for keeping off water.

Thanks for the help guys, I think I'm gonna bite the bullet and buy some arimidex. I'm tired of people making comments about how bloated my face is when I'm on.

Nolvadex will do nothing to stop water retention. It does nothing to lower estrogen levels, it only stops estrogen from binding to receptors on breast tissue to make them grow.

What you need is an aromatase inhibitor.

It's the proviron that's doing that. Not the Nolva.

So Nolva would work best if you already HAVE some bloat? Im running Sust with Dbol and the water retention is already present. If so how much?

Nolva will do absolutely nothing to reduce bloat or estrogen fat. How the hell can people be parroting this BS?

If you want to reduce bloat, you need an Aromatase Inhibitor, NOT a SERM!
