    Bulking Diet for a Bricklayer

    Hi men!!

    Would this be a good bulking diet:

    7.30am: 60g of porridge oats
    4 eggs
    3 slice wheaten bread

    10am: 200g pasta
    130g tin of tuna

    1pm: same as above

    3.30pm: BSN True Mass shake

    6pm: Steak with Rice/Potato

    7pm: Go Training/50g Reflex Whey straight after workout

    8.30: 200g Pasta and Tuna

    10.30-11.00pm: Instant Whey shake, 60g Porridge oats, Banana..

    I work as bricklayer and have calculated that I need 5764cals per day!
    Im 21, 6ft 1" and whay 180.6lbs..I train 3 times per week...
    Would this be a good bulking diet or wat..Need help lads!!

    You need more fats!

    Throw 1000mg's of omegga 3 pills in there. One after breakfast, one after lunch, one after dinner.
