Isotretinoin is a medication used for the treatment of severe acne. It is a retinoid, meaning it is derived from vitamin A and is found in small quantities naturally in the body.

Yeah I tried it, had a prescription from my doc... it was horrible dude. Dried out my joints so bad I couldn't lift. Also it made me extremely tired all the time.

Thanks for the input. I have been on it for a week now and have noticed fatiuge, as well. MY skin has dried up a bit. Hands, cuticles, lips and face are the most obvious. Nothing crazy.
