i'm a real small guy. i'm about 5'8 and about 112lbs. i really look like i am 12 and i'm tired of it. I want to start lifting, but I dont know where to begin. I'm away at school and we have a free gym. I want to be atleast 140lbs with muscle. I don't want to go straight to steroids YET, are their some supplements i can buy to make me gain weight, not just fat. ANY HELP?
I know it takes some time, but I want to have atleast a toned body by spring break.
