It happens to some degree because the muscle that you gain will burn fat... but unless you're on a caloric deficit, the fat loss won't be anywhere near quick. The most efficient way is to bulk first, then cut while maintaining muscle.
Some compounds such as Tren, T3, GH, Clen, etc. can burn fat on a positive calorie balance.
yeah thats what i thought..im bulking over the winter and when the spring comes im gonna start to cut..do you think if i start to cut in the spring time ill be ready by summer or should i start a lil sooner?
we know nothing about you or your body form.... we can only answer this question generically, i personally never fully bulk... i lean bulk ... theres not need to add fat when not neccsasarry.... that way in the summer i can cut easier....
Eat as much food as you want to weigh. (ie: 195lbs = 3000 calories +/-) Keep your goals within 5-10lbs of your current weight. Slow but steady and solid.

Its a lot easier to cut when you have more muscle... do the clean bulker and worry about cutting the last 3 months before summer.
