i know we all watch out for our calories, proteins, carbs, fats on a daily basis
and i also learned that we should try not to consume more than 2000mg in sodium....
but what about cholestoral?!
what should we try to stay under in regards to daily intake?
i know a chicken breast is lik 50-70mg of chol. and i eat alot of that !!
should we stay below 300? 400mg?
