    lower part of chest

    just but real quick a good work out for the bottom of the chect my top is good but just seems like i cant get the bottom like i want it

    Yeah anything decline can really help build up that lower chest.

    decline bench press
    decline dumbells, decline barbell pullover, decline flys

    Cable flys, too.

    Finish with your hands in front of your belt buckle. Hold and squeeze for a second at the bottom. Big, full eagle spread strech at the top.

    I would suggest performing incline presses as your first exercise providing they hit your upper chest (strong region). This will pre-fatigue the stronger region of your chest. Follow up with decline presses or flyes on a decline bench or use cables given you feel the chest working. If not go flat. By training the weakest point of your chest last it will get bigger than if you trained it prior to your strongest region.
