Pro Player Ingredient list: A drink marketed toward Poker Players

Niacinamide - Vitamin B3 is required for cell respiration, helps in the release of energy and metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, proper circulation and healthy skin, functioning of the nervous system.

Cobalamin - Vitamin B12's primary functions are in the formation of red blood cells and the maintenance of a healthy nervous system. B12 is necessary for the rapid synthesis of DNA during cell division. B12 is also important in maintaining the nervous system. Nerves are surrounded by an insulating fatty sheath comprised of a complex protein called myelin. B12 plays a vital role in the metabolism of fatty acids essential for the maintenance of myelin.

Pantothenic Acid - Vitamin B5, a B-complex vitamin, is essential for growth, reproduction, and normal physiological functions. It is involved in more than 100 different metabolic pathways including energy metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and lipids, and the synthesis of lipids, neurotransmitters, steroid hormones, porphyrins and hemoglobin.

Folic Acid - a vitamin that occurs naturally in food. Folate is naturally found in many foods including dark green leafy vegetables, oranges, other fruits, rice, brewer's yeast, beans, asparagus, soybeans, and soy flour.

Choline - Choline can positively affect brain development -- including memory throughout life -- cardiovascular health, liver function, and reproductive development.

Taurine - is a very important amino acid involved in a large number of metabolic processes and can become essential under certain circumstances. Taurine is important in the visual pathways, the brain, nervous system and cardiac function.

Acetyl L Carnitine - a natural remedy super antioxidant, occurring form of L-carnitine that specifically benefits the brain. ALCAR helps supply the brain with energy by improving energetics in the mitochondrion, the cell's energy generator. ALCAR promotes biosynthesis of acetylcholine, a key neurotransmitter for brain and nerve function. Acetyl-L-Carnitine has been shown in clinical studies to benefit cognitive ability, memory and mood.

Pyridoxine - Vitamin B6 assists the immune system and the growth of new cells. It is also used in the processing and metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, while assisting with controlling your mood. It assists in the balancing of sodium and potassium as well promotes red blood cell production. It is further involved in the nucleic acids RNA as well as DNA. It is further linked to cancer immunity and fights the formation of the toxic chemical homocysteine, which is detrimental to the heart muscle.

Riboflavin - Vitamin B2 is important to energy metabolism (processing nutrients like protein, fat, carbohydrate to a
form of energy that the body can use), normal eyesight and healthy skin. Riboflavin is an essential vitamin.

Thiamin or Vitamin B1- is one of the substances the body must have in order to convert carbohydrates into energy. Thiamin helps the body make thiamin pyrophosphate (TPP), without which the body is unable to convert food into energy. Vitamin B1 also keeps your heart muscles healthy so that the heart beats regularly, and is critical to the maintenance of a well-functioning brain and nervous system. In fact, vitamin B1 is so important to a healthy mental state, it has been called the "morale vitamin".

Trimethylxanthine - also known as Caffeine. Medically, it is useful as a cardiac stimulant. Recreationally, it is used to provide a "boost of energy" or a feeling of heightened alertness. It's often used to stay awake longer -- college students and drivers use it to stay awake late into the night.

Green Tea Extract - increases blood flow through the body stimulating mental clarity. Also provides your body with protection against a host of diseases brought about by free-radical damage. Several large studies have shown that the antioxidant effects of green tea can help lower the risk of developing cancer of the digestive system, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, and breast cancer in women.

Ginkgo Biloba - for sharp thinking and to sustain memory. Ginkgo Biloba has been documented for use in improving circulation, reducing blood clotting, oxygenating the brain. Brain-boosting botanical used to stimulate thinking centers of the mind. Ginkgo Biloba has shown to increase blood flow to the brain which can increase memory and alertness.
