I have been lifting for 10 years consistently with no more than a 2 week loss of time during my duration. Done a cycle or two in that time. Going on 38 and been reading a lot of HRT. I am very interested in it but I am concerned with the fact about bring it up. With that many years of dedication I do not have to tell people I lift weights. My question is, is it harder to get the docs approval if they look at you and think you want it for the BBing effects? Do I come to the doctor educated but not too educated? My doctor is a sports doctor so I am hoping she will be more open to it. Any experences you can share is welcomed..
