I just tried the "lemonade diet" that can be found at the following link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lemonade_diet. However, I didn't fast all day-I just drank the lemonade for breakfast and then ate extremely strict all day. So far, I have done it for about a week and I have never felt better. If you are having trouble with a cutting diet, I suggest you try this because it has eliminated all my craving for any type of impure food.
