Everyone is different but an excess of anything will cause you to gain sloppy weight. It all comes down to total cals in the end. But i wouldnt go with anymore than 60-80 grams of carbs for one meal.

The highest I will go is 70 grams of carbs for a meal, and thats for pwo. Typically I'll have 25-30 grams of carbs for a meal.

Everyone is different. It depends on your insulin response and the type of carbs you are talking about. If you stay away from sugar and white flour, have a normal insulin response and are on a bulking diet, you shouldn't have to worry about it.

If you have to high of an amount of pretty much any carbs it will be stored as fat. Your body can only assimiltate so much in a single sitting so any excess calories after that will be stored as fat, especially when elevating your insulin from excessive high g.i. carb intake you'll be even more prone.
