    Whole Wheat Noodles????

    i guess i dont understand whats so wrong with whole wheat noodels on a cutting diet im at 14%bf and im just tryn to get down to 8 or 9 bf.....im not cutting for a show so whats the big deal with them.......help me understand please...thank u

    just what everyones opinion seems to be bout taking in noodels as a carb source

    I eat whole wheat noodles for my pre-workout meal all of the time on my cutting cycle. It's great!

    Sheritaki noodles, low carb..low calorie...get them in the refrigerated section at an Asian grocery store..yummy!!!

    It comes from processed flour, has a moderate g.i. and overall is fairly calorically dense. It's not even that you can't eat it, but it's best to limit your frequency of consumption and definitely portion size.
    I usually avoid pasta and stick with more natural, lower g.i. carbs like long grain rice, sweet potatoes, oatmeal etc. to help keep blood sugar more stable.
