is this good?! will this supply my body with the nutrients it needs asap? should i add some dextrose? or with what im using i should get a good insulin spike?
a guy at the vitamin shoppe told me i should eat some fruit to spike my insulin, but what do you guys think?
i know sugar is a form of carb, if i add it then my shake will be ALOT of carbs
