yes, clen will reduce your appetite.
Will it do it as much as ephidrine the same or less? sorry for being a pain just wondering wot to go for next.
same - if not more...
quote from ar i believe
So what exactly dose a stimulant like Clen (or Ephedrine) do when it stimulates those Beta Receptors? Well, it serves to increase your body temperature a bit by increasing heat production in the Mitochondria, increase your basal metabolic rate, and decrease your appetite (1). This partly explains how Beta-2 agonists directly stimulate fat cells and increase lypolysis (fat-loss)(1)(13). And also, because it is a Beta-2 agent, clen can decrease insulin sensitivity (2), unfortunately.
Ok if i had 40mcg tabs i read start at 60mcgs a day. evry 3-4 days go up 20mcg's so is that 60mcg in one go or split doses?
i take mine with a meal and no matter how much i eat i am hungry in an hour to two hours. But if i take it before a meal, then yes it does supress the appitite some
upon waking on an empty stomache take 20mcgs... take the next two throughout the day - preferrably evenly spaced to achieve your 60mcgs per day. some people suggest not taking it after a certain hour as not to disturb your sleep so if you want to do that adjust the spacing accordingly throughout the day
It never affected my appetite. I could eat all day before clen and I could eat all day while taking it.
wow... very interesting. we should have a survey. i know of no one who was able to eat normal while on clen. be curious to find out the results.
