Taken me now 3 attempts to finally get registered, although i have been browsing the site alot.
Little bit about myself:
Started training about 2 years ago, was very skinny for various reasons.
Started at around 140 lbs and am now around 210 lbs. Height 6 foot. BF - around 13%
Completely natural, only ever drank protien shakes.
Am going to continue natural for a while until i think i have reached my complete full potential and am completely educated on what to take and expect from my first cycle (that is where this board will come in handy).
Have ordered some NO Shotgun which i've heard good things about so will see how i get on with it.
Basically it's a fasting month for muslims right now so diet is not in check at all, basically eating as much as i can.
Weight last night was just above 200lbs so lost about 10lbs during this month which will be over next Friday.
Aims - I think i can reach 230ish natural and then i'll take it from there.
