Lol thanks bro...yea my dickhead professor is the author of the lab book that poster is referring to for her lab...
let me pull out my chem book its really simple jsut need the periodic table
original mass of sample of CuSO4= 3.8 grams
sample after being heated = 1.6 grams
1 mole of CuSO4= 159.6096 G
1 mole of H20= 18.01528 G
3.8g CuSO4 x 1 mole CuSO4 / 159.6096g CuSO4= 0.0238 moles of CuSO4
1.6g H20 x 1 mole H20 / 18.01528g H20= 0.0888 moles of H20
Then divide each by the smallest number so...
0.0238 moles CuSO4 / 0.0238 moles CuSO4= 1
0.0238 moles CuSO4/ 0.0888 moles H20= .268 round to 3
so X=3
Someone double check my shit....
looks good to me man
Thats why you need to pass this class and get into biochem cause there is no more math just lots and lots of enzyme pathways to remember. LOL
Lol...yea dude...I cant wait to get into Med School and not have to do this trivial shit anymore... Im friends with tons of doctors and nurses, and they all say learn the shit long enough to pass the test and then forget it.Originally Posted by MuscleScience
