Will eating high protien and lower fat on a ketogenic diet switch the body out of ketosis and into glucogenisis?
Or
Will getting most of your cals. from protien put your body in a deeper state of ketosis?

You won't have enough fuel, your body will convert protein into glucose to keep you from dying. You eat a lot of fat when doing low carbs and high protein. Forget about the low fat idea.

Well, when I cut I eat on average 50 carbs, 350 protein, which is 1600 calories. I average 3000 or so, though it does vary a bit. So 1400 fat calories..... so about 46%. All fatty foods are fine with the exception of hydrogenated oil. As far as what you want in particular, 0mega 3's, which are in fish oil. Tuna, Salmon and whatever other fish you like is good for that. But feel free to eat bacon and eggs with cheese, a steak or whatever.
