    Talking hot sauces and spices for bland foods like chicken or eggs

    Ok ive recently disscoverd that I love spicy condements and that they make any meat or plain carb (potato) go down so much easyer.

    My question is what are some good versitile hot sauces that would go good with these plain foods?

    Im looking for really really hot sauces that can be used on a variety of foods as well as hot spice mixes.

    Any suggestions or add ons welcome.

    i forget the name that i use but they all pritty much taste the same to me...with my chicken and tuna i like to use a pinch of garlic powder for a lil flavor also

    I use canned tomatoes, boil japs, mix in garlic, lime, soy sauce, onion,....and whatever else is close at the time....anything really.....blend the hell out of it, bottle, and it will last months in the fridge...

    Dave's Insanity sauce...a bottle can last a couple of years. All you need to do is refill an eye-dropper bottle.

    I use Louisiana Hot Sauce on my tuna and eggs. It also makes a good chicken marinade if you throw in some spices. I like to use Weber Kick' N Chicken Seasoning with it.

    The OP was asking for something brutally hot. Dave's is great, because it adds heat to your meal, without adding an odd flavor, like so many other hot sauces do.

    cholula...hand's down... or if you wanna go cheap...tapatio, you can get big jugs of the stuff for really cheap

    Nandos peri peri sauce is amazing. i cant handle the hot stuff so i use the garlic one which is still really spicy, they also do medium, hot and extra hot.

    cant go wrong with either of these two. both have tons a flavor and arent so hot to where you cant taste your food. tabasco is kind of expensive but the other is like 50cents a bottle!

    Dave's insanity is wicked...haha not recommended to put on food...more or less to put a couple drops in a POT of chili.

    Anyways, i LOVE spicy shit...and i have tried probably over 200 different hot sauces. I have to say hands down my favorite is Cholula hot sauce. Its a perfect blend of hot and flavor in one bottle. I love that friggen stuff!!!

    how about pickled banana peppers? i LOVE these and eat them with lots of stuff. I haven't checked out the macros on them (not sure i want to) but does anyone know if they're detrimental at all? they just add flavour and kick to boring meals.

    i had never tried the green tobasco until this weekend - i always found red a bit too spicy for my *****-tongue... green is bang on - great flavor - now i'm lookingfor a bigger bottle
