hey everyone, over in the "member picture" section and "new member" section, i explain my situation better. Anyways, I have looked through this forum for a couple days, especially this section, and im looking for some help constructing a good bulking diet.
I'm somewhere around 170lbs and 13% BF.
I want to gain bulk as fast as i can, and take advantage of my overactive metabolism. Its looking like im going to need almost 8 meals per day, which may be hard. Here is my daily sched:
M-F
800 wake up
900 school
1430 end school
1445 workout
1600 end workout
1900 work
2300 end work
2400 bed
S-Su
900 wake up
1100 work
2230 end work
2400 bed
Any help creating a bulking diet to fit my schedule would be greatly appreciated, thanks again, let me know if you need any more of my info.
