    Pinto Beans

    Hey guys, I love pinto beans- NO SALT

    Below are the macros what do you think about them as a meal early in the morning like breakfast? Lots of carbs... are they simple or complex?

    i love them too, but sometimes the gas is just too much for me, and the old lady, to handle.

    Try the vegetarian (no lard) pinto beans. When I made the switch my gas subsided by a good 50%...

    As far as the food source, (not gas related) are they ok for the lean bulk diet?

    sure, they're a good source of carbs, really, anything but crap is good for a bulking diet
