I'm planning to add Clen to my PCT this way:
Day 1: 20mcg
Day 2: 40mcg
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Off
Day 5: 40mcg
Day 6: 60mcg
Day 7: Off
Day 8: Off
Day 9: 60mcg
Day 10: 80mcg
Day 11: Off
Day 12: Off

And so on...till 140mcg.

But I've heard it can be taken 1 week on / 1 week off
So in your opinion guys which is the best way?
