IMO, ordering for "personal use" would inspire <1% chance of anything other than a seizure letter.

Anythings possible, some more than others but even one amp is a felony. If you are getting it shipped from overseas that adds a few more felonies to the list. One being "introduction of a controlled substance into the custom's area of the United States" and they can also charge you with trafficking. Pretty serious charges

I think it's more likely that you would get a speeding ticket for going 3mph over the speed limit than a controlled delivery for a bottle or two

So... is it agreed then if you just write "return to sender" on the package and don't open it that you're safe, or are you screwed by the fact that you signed for it. I've always heard that you have to open it first before they can "arrest the shit out of you"!
