I have 100iu per month....so should I go 5 ius mon through fri.......or 4 ius mon through fri and 2.5 sat and 2.5 Sunday? and should i spilt the mon through fri shots into 2 doses(the weekend ones are to small to spliy if u advise that route)

You should start at 2iu 5 on 2 off and build up, the sides can be a bitch if you go in to high to soon

I would start off at 2iu's for the first month then switch over to 5on/2off and start increasing by 0.5iu's every week after that until you reach 5iu's. Split your daily shots into 2 even 2.5iu shots.
