    South Beach Diet Bars!! Thoughts?!

    o.... m.... g....

this thing is AMAZING !!!!!!!! The Chocoalte Brownie one !!!

    goddaaaaaaaaaaamn !!!

    here the link
    http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...?ie=UTF8&s=hpc

tell me what you guys think!! this POSSIBLY cant be THAT GOOD can it?

i mean the taste, the texture, everything was delicious !!! and its 1 serving per bar!! i can eat the whole damn bar and its only 1 serving of the nutrition facts and man those facts aint bad

    Serving Size: 1 Bar
    Servings Per Container: 12

    Amount Per Serving:

    Calories 210
    Calories from Fat 60
    Total Fat 6g 9%
    Saturated Fat 3g 15%
    Cholesterol 0mg 0%
    Sodium 360mg 15%
    Total Carbohydrate 26g 9%
    Dietary Fiber 5g 20%
    Sugars 0g
    Sugar Alchohol 18g
    Protein 19g
    Vitamin A 50 %
    Vitamin C 100 %
    Calcium 10 %
    Iron 25 %

look at that !!!! only 6g of fat the whole damn bar !! and the bar is BIG !! u can even eat HALF of it, still feel satisfied and only consume 3g of fat, 1.5 sat. fat.!!

And it has 5g of fiber too !!! the protein isnt bad (20g)

my question is the sugar alchohol, whats with that? someone told me that it doenst spike your insulin, but it can be counted as a simple carb, meaning fat turning carbs, can anyone verify this?!

but yea !! i HIGHLY recommend everyone try this flavor bar, ESPECIALLY if your a chocolate lover like myself!!

so yea, any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated !!!

Most people on here always say eat food instead and I do agree with that but protein bars have helped me alot when I am at work, I only have enough time to eat 2 meals at work and use protein bars to fill the gaps, I only rarely eat them at home. I usaully pick up a few metrx low sugar bars.

i would never, ever, EVER have one of these bars for a meal !!!

all i was stating was that its an amazing tasting bar !! plus the macros arent bad!!

if ANYTHING, i would cut this bar into 4 pieces and have a piece for like a dessert or something, THATS IT !!!

the taste is great, the nutrition facts are amazing, and thats it.... but yea, i would NEVER use it as a meal replacement, trust me, im all for real food anyways!!!
