Tunna and canned chicken sandwitches!! Always plan ahead and have it all preped and ready to go. fruit and veggies r good. Protein bars r good if u can find a good buy.
i dont seem to have any problem.i have 2 shakes ,eggs/chicken/tuna veggies and maybe a bar.planning a day or two in advance is best for me given i work 11 hours/day 5-6 days/week.if oyu are bulking there are many options you have for prepareed foods if you dont mind a little fat.hope this helps.

If you cook ahead, anything can be made quick and easy.
cook your chicken breasts and meat and just cut them into small cubes or whatnot.
ive found steak is good cold or hot so never a problem for me. chicken is best hot but i can eat it chilled also.
protein bars/shakes are a must.
i like bars better, because solid food keeps me fuller longer. if ur bulking, pb'wiches can be a great source of inexpensive, quick, and tasty calories.
that being said, try not to rely on supplements, but eat in favor of whole food.
i eat 7-8 times a day...5-6 are whole food, two might be shakes and bars.

My handy meals are protein shakes/bars, tuna, and leftover pasta.
