I guess my first post shouldav been here? Damn, few weeks overdue but here's my story;
I've been coming here for a few months now reading up on a lot. I haveto say I love this site. Its addictive, and I get to troll around at work. Endless amounts of info on my primary concern at the moment which is aas. I've been bodybuilding for a long time now and know quite a bit, but have yet to do a real test cycle. I also play college football. At the moment I'm hoping to get some good advice here on my first cycle and my football goals. Hopefully in the end ill look like ronnie coleman (for those that don't get the reference, coleman playd college ball before getting into bb).
I just kinda wish I'd get more replies, I get little to no advice sports wise. I dunno if its cause there aren't many athletes on these forums? Would be nice if there were some other fb guys that have done plenty of cycles to help me out a bit. But you can't have everything, still a great site.
My stats are: 5'11, 180lbs (pure muscle), respectable speed, fairly strong: can sqaut 450 acouple times.
My goals: get to 230lb. Now I realize this won't happen in a cycle, but I'm hoping ill come close. Then I definetly wanna get a lot stronger+faster. I'm not exactly sure as to wat type of routine I should be doing, but I blast each bodypart once a week with 9 sets for larger parts and 6 for smaller. 12 for legs. Reps are lower for the first strength sets (4-6) and higher for the last couple muscle building sets. Kinda like the 5x5 program I saw here.
I have a lot of dieting exp. But I'm not sure on a set number of cals. I've seen all types of numbers on here and honestly I dunno wat to go with. The sprints I do during the week+joggs leave me guessing how many cals I'm burning and if I'm eating to much or to little. I'm guessing that to increase performance I should have alot+with steroids even more? 6OOO seems like a lot, wat would you
guys go with?
My 1st cycle:
12 weeks Test-c/500mg a week
4-6 weeks d-bol/40-50mg ed
hgh cycle 2iu/5 on e off
That's my plan for this year (probably december 1st)
Anthony roberts pct with some letro used during cycle. I'm also thinking about the gh and if I should run a higher dosage during my bulk or save it up for the season.
