Goals? I don't know if you're trying to gain muscle or lose fat here... It would help if you would add your protein/fat/carbs for each meal, as well as the whole day.

I can tell you, you should drop the almonds PWO, you want as little fat in that meal as possible. Also, replace the protein at your last meal with a solid food source such as tuna, salmon, steak, something like that. Make it a solid protein/fat meal.

You're going to have to eat a lot more, dude.

Find your protein/fat/carbohydrate counts on all your meals and post them up.

    Then, go here http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.htm

That gives you number of calories to maintain your current weight. Eat 500-1000 more than that each day.

I put in your information and it says you need about 2400 calories to maintain your current weight... so you should eat between 3000-3500 per day to gain muscle.

Your diet is not 3000 calories. You need to eat a lot more. I would recommend holding off on your cycle until you fix your diet, and make consistent gains with your fixed diet. If you can't get over the 170 lb. mark naturally, there are some serious problems. Steroids aren't magic, you still need sufficient raw materials (calories) to build muscle. If you start a cycle with a shitty diet, you're going to get shitty results.

I'd lower the protein and up the carbs on that diet though.
