Hey whats up... Im 5'10 180 pounds with a body fat of around thirteen percent. Im trying to bulk up naturually for now. I work out my upper body evryother day... And legs evryother off day..is this a good routine for bulking??![]()

that's too general of a description to even evaluate your routine, also you should post your diet in the appropriate forum if you haven't already for review.
bis..I do three super sets consisting of hammer curls,barbell curl and dumbell curl.. tris I do three super sets of pulldowns,overhead pulls and dumbell stretch.. I also do twenty dips in between each of these excercises.. back I do three super sets of lat pulls, seated rows, and standing rows. I do twenty triangle pushups in between each of these sets. forearms i just lift barbells behind my back but im not sure what thats called? anyways thats about it.. what do you think?
