    Stats 6' 5" 290lbs
    Age: 28
    Training for many years.

    I have access to sust 350mg/ml - deca 300mg/ml - and stan 50mg/ml.

    I know they say test only for your first cycle and enth is usually recommended but sust. is all I would be able to get. I know its to be shot eod.

    Firstly what would you guys recommend for a first timer with only the above AAS available.

    Also what caloric intake should I aim for during the cycle for a guy my size.

    My goals are to gain 8-10kg of good lean muscle, drop some unwanted fat and soothe a few niggly joint problems.

    Please advise me with the assumption that diet and PCT are in check.
    I will research these in the appropriate forum areas.

    I would have gone with 350mg every mon and thurs for 12 weeks. Which is a bit on the high side, but definitley would have left deca and winny out for my next cycle. Ideal cycle would have been 250mg every mon and thurs.

    that 350mg/ml sust makes it a bit tough....even if you run 1/2 ml eod. thats going to be upwards to 700 mg/wk. Thats alot of test for your first cycle. I dunno...maybe something like monday 1/2 ml....wed 1/4 ml...friday 1/2 ml....sunday 1/4 ml....tues 1/2 ml...etc. Blood levels probably would not be very stable taking it like that though. Maybe a VET can chime in here.

    As for the Deca, I would run it twice a week. As for the winny probly best to leave that out of the first cycle....but if you must I would run it starting about 5 weeks before the end of the cycle.
