I've been using adex for the first time in this past cycle... and its been working great... but proviron was my hero since my first ever cycle and it never fails to disappoint....so it has a special place in my heart, not to mention my nuts as well(keeps my sex drive up)

Arimidex efficiency as an AI can't be compared to proviron's. Proviron is a weak AI imo, but has some other advantages that Arimidex does not.
As an AI arimidex for sure, but i always run proviron in my cycles.

good info does anyone use arimidex at the end of cycle to limit bloat and use it for pct.. cuz if i have arimidex left over i might as well use it for pct instead of spending more on nolva/clomid. suggestions please

On pct you need an AI plus one serm. The most effective combination is Aromasin/nolvadex.
