    1st overall win, NPC nat qualifier

    A few pics of my first overall win. It was a national qualifier. Any experienced bros want to give some insight on areas I need improvement would be appreciated. Next step is add a little size and polish what I have before the nats in 08 or 09.

    Im 5'9", weighed in at 197 (lt hvy), 44 years old. Took 1st in masters, lt hvy, and overall.

    Saw you at that show,you looked sick. We train at the same gym. Nice to see you on here. Congrats on that win. Zoom was shredded too. Tough competition.

    chris? i think that's you. i competed against you when you were a middleweight. never seen you that lean. work on your outer sweep to your quads and your calves and you'll be tough to beat

    Sweet result mate, congratulations. This means youve qualified for the npc nationals?

    You brought in a very nice package to the stage mate, v nice condition and lower back looks tight. I cant see any real weak points, there arent any...as said though work on quad sweep and possibly hams/glute tie in.

    Just carry on, looking v proportionate and top quality.

    Thanks. Zoom did look great. And, it was his first show! Im glad I came in Lt Hvy so we didnt have to compete in the same weight class. He was the only one I was concerned about at the posedown.

    Yeah, I competed in '05 as a middleweight. I agree on your comments. I think my legs need to be bigger overall. Its taken me a while to figure out what it takes to come to the show in shape. Hopefully, Ill be able to repeat it.
