    I've got 99 problems......but my squat/dead ain't one !!

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

i am very meticulous myself......I have a george foreman grill i use, so i am not really cooking alot per time.....I just throw a breast on 5 times a day

6 days out of the week- i dont stray from the diet, not even remotely

one day out of the week, i will eat something normal, tasty, have a snack....nothing overboard....just the right amount for a nice little metabolic reset, get me through the next 6 days, and not slide backwards

    cool thread

looks pretty good. If that was macaronni and cheese i saw thats not what i really consider diet food but f*ck it the rest looks good.

question: what the **** is the second pic? some sort of fish?

and your sixth pic? is that chicken breast baked with oats or something?

I should diet more, but doing a helluva a lot better then I used to, but still need to improve much more. Basially I usually get my breakfast and dinner down no prob... It's just throughout the day I'll eat 2 other meals that are usually crap... Aside from my protein drink I drink throughout the day.

I normally just cook extra for dinner the night before to cover all my lunches rather than doing a long preparation one day. Other then that I cook the same breakfast every morning, have the same shakes everyday and usually only have one mid-day meal that can vary a little bit.
Once a week I usually have some form of cheat but right now I haven't really been craving much lately.

The longest I would like cooked chicken in the fridge for would be 3 days at the absolute max. Longer then that it definitely won't taste very fresh and you risk spoilage.

Good deal there. I never got into the whole Sunday cooking idea. I just cook all my meals that day. If i had to cook all my food sunday it would just taste too awful later in the week and I dont even have that much tupperware.

But Im dedicated, and that was the point of this thread.
    In a week I eat:

    28 Chicken breasts
    42 Fish fillets
    14 Steaks
    112 egg whites
    21 cups oats
    7 yams
    7 potatoes

I mean it obviously varies but thats the general idea.
