I just made a batch of spicy chicken and it was very yummy. Ingredients: 3 chicken breasts cut into small pieces
1/2 jar of spicy salsa sauce mixed with spaghetti sauce
2 cups of mixed veggies(broc,caul,carrotts)
1 cup of mushrooms, mrs.dash
stir all ingredients together and cook in Wok for 20minutes. It really spices up the chicken and veggies and is low in carbs.
