Based on height/weight (5'10/205lb) my BMR is 2028. I have been using the harris-elliot spreadsheet that I got off here somewhere using the Moderately Active category. Now, if I wanted to cut based on this, my number is 2893 (seems about right, currently ranging between 2600 - 2800 although results have seemed to plateu). My question is:
If I perform the following split during the week what would you all consider my activity level for the harris-elliot formula?
mon - Chest followed by 25minutes of interval cardio
tues - Legs followed by 25minutes of interval cardio
wed - Arms
thurs - Back followed by 25minutes of interval cardio
fri - Shoulders followed by 25minutes of interval cardio
Categorys are:
Sedentary
Light Active
Moderately Active
Very Active
Extra Active
