Thread: Test Enan. and EQ?

    Test Enan. and EQ?

    I have done a couple cycles of dbol and one of EQ the past couple times I have done cycles (they have been seperate). I was thinking about doing a 10-12 week cycle of test. enantnate at 300mg a week and stack it with EQ. I like using EQ and I'm thinking that test enan. will compliment it well. Is there anything else that I need to take while stacking these or anyother suggestions?

    I'm 5'7'' 150 lbs and have 7-8% body fat so im more or less trying to bulk up.

    Clean 205
    Squat 360

    150's pretty light with a few cycle under the belt. Id suggest working on the diet.

    except that he's 5'7 and only 7% Bf. I put on 18 lbs in 8 weeks on Deca and EQ. I do like EQ but it had very pronounced effects on my skin, so I have since avoided it.

    I have been training for about 5 years and go to the gym 4-5 days a week. I try to eat whenever I can and I take in about 2,500 calories a day which include chicken, steak, cottage cheese, 12 grain bread, fruit, eggs and health foods like that.

    you need to up the food intake bro try 3.500-4000 ed this should start to add mass.

    take a look at the diet for there is tons of info there on bulking

    You need to eat a ton more man... food is the key to gaining muscle. Your body needs raw materials (calories) to build muscle, even with steroids you need a TON of food.

    Do you know how many grams of protein, carbohydrates, and fats you get every day?

    I probably eating like 250-300g of protein, 100g of carb, and not too sure about the fats but its low and im 22 years old

    Carbs and fats are too low... you don't eat enough, period. If you don't eat enough, you don't gain weight, with or without steroids.

    Eq to bulk? I have never had any great results with Eq... I use test and anadrol for bulking. I wld use deca over eq anyday

    there are so many variables that determine how much of your gains you can keep post cycle that it wld be impossible to predict that. What do you consider gains? If you are walkin around with 25 lbs of extra weight at the end of your cycle do you consider that your gains? Cause most likely you have water weight no matter how dry you think you are. Ultimately true gains are kept by getting yourself up and running as quickly as possible post cycle and by not over training when you stop the aas. As well sticking to your diet. The faster you can get your natural test production going again the better off you will be. You will lose weight it is inevitable and losing strength is as well.. it is part of the game and it fuks with your head big time. It is hard to go into the gym and not be able to push the weights you were while cycling... you think more is better but it will lead to over training so you have to relax and realize you can't train the same way you did while being on. JMO

    You can't gain with only 100g of carbs... if anything you shld be 40/40/20
    carbs/protein/good fats... you need carbs as well as protein as do you need fats for muscle growth...

    Not looking good, I eat 60 percent of your daily carb intake in my post workout meal alone. go to the diet section, and lurk moar

    In the meantime, up your carbs to equal that of your protien, your muscles need fuel and energy to build, not just protien. Try oats in the morning, and throughout the day have at least 3 additional servings of either brown rice, pasta/macaroni, potatoes, corn, yams, beans, lentals, whole meal breads.

    For post workout meal u should eat between 0.6 to 0.8 grams of complext carbs per kilo of body weight. Add that to ur protien shake, plus somekind of simple carbs (I do a serving of fruit) which u can also do every few hours to cover ur simple carb needs, dont quote me here; but i think it gives an insulin spike or something like that.

    yes vega 10000% agree with you

    when i say "gain" i mean all extra weight, including water, thats why i asked because i know drol = many water retention, so do you know a way to limit it, so we could have more "real gain" (muscle)? e.g. using it with another product?

    i'm interested by drol but i don't want to use it if i cannot keep at least 50/60% of total gains (incl. water, etc)

    I think of drol as nothing more then a strength enhancer when I use it.. I always use it with a test and the drol is there to enable me to use heavy weights therefore creating muscle gains.. I know someone will come and say that they had great results with a drol only cycle but that's BS or not the norm. Drol alone is not the way to go...I use it as a kickstart only

    i cannot find any studies about all orals bad effects comparison

    ive heard many time that drol is the most Carcinogenic oral roids?

    do you thing its true? generally more dangerous than dianabol for e.g?

    I have never heard that.. For me winny is the harshest oral... I have never been able to run it for more then 3 weeks... it makes me feel like shit and my joints hurt. I love drol the best out of all orals.
