You look pretty lean already.
You're leaner than me, I started out as a mega-fatty though. But here is how I do it.
I cut my carbs low (under 60 at least) and take 16MG Volmax a day. Higher volume, lower 1RM% with less rest, plus anaerobic type metabolic conditioning. 8 weeks is the perfect length for a Volmax cycle.

More specifically, continuous release albuterol. Which is VERY important because of it's short life. The regular stuff has your levels WAY uneven. So you get headaches at first, then it levels out, then it gets too low and doesn't work anymore. Plus taking them every few hours.... not good. That's why I buy Volmax, It lasts 12 hours so you only take it twice a day. The levels stay even, so it is always working and no headaches. Plus it's so cheap.
There are certain techniques to lose fat quickly... but they will typcially lose you lean body mass at the same time unless you go with a dose of AAS... There are stimulants (clen, caffeine, ephedra), thyroid meds (T3, armour), and various herbal and diety techniques like ALA, green tea extract, grapefruit juice, cocao extract, flax oil, etc... I find a combination of them all will give the best results... Combine that with regular cardio, better to do 30 minutes a day every day than to get tired and do it sloppy. A little every day is best. I recommend two seperate 15 minute sessions with a rest between on two different cardio machines... Also, as for diet, try eating low carb for the fastest fat losses. Keep calories under maintanence, 2500 maximum...

How long have you been on VOlmax?
Disagree with you... for me to just maintain my weight I need 3,200 calories a day. When bulking I go around 4,000 a day. When cutting I aim for 2,700 a day.
That is a way to broad of statement to say eat only 2500 a day maximum. To cut BF take your BMR and subtract 500 calories from that, and go from there.
I'm almost done with week 2 this time around. This is my third time on it. You can take it 8 weeks at a time. Then just give it a rest for 3 months or so. Waiting longer is probably better up to a point though.
My metabolism should be pretty cranked after my last bulk. I'm hoping to drop 5 points. We'll see. I may have 1 already.

starting is the hardest thing to do
cardio with an empty stomach works(40-60mins), but i find pwo cardio works better for me(20-30mins pwo, except leg days obviously).

If you stay between 20-60 % of your vo2 max you utilize FFA as energy source instead of glycogen stores in your muscles. The duration should be 30 min - an hour but no more

went for 50minute pre-breakfast jog around the oval with my football at 9am, not much, but its a start considering i used to wake up at 11lets c if i can make it a habit
