    Multivitamin

    I was wondering if you guys could suggest the best all around multivitamin for me to take. I am 180lb 5'8" 25 years old. I just want to supplement my vitamin levels... thanks in advance for the help

    I like Mega Man by GNC. I wouldn't buy anything else there unless you just happen to have alot of extra money
